It was a perfect transaction. The computer was quickly shipped, well packed, and just as described. I had it up and running 15 minutes after unpacking it (and installing a new BIOS). I highly recommend this seller. Now, to pop in more RAM and clone that dog-slow platter drive to an SSD.

I’m always careful when ordering from eBay, especially used items. That being said, seller was reasonable on price, had good rating, and the item order was shipped quickly, packaged well (the box came damaged, we took lots of photos because it was obviously done during shipping), but everything worked and no damage to the actual item. So very thankful the seller nor us had to worry about dealing with the item being damaged due to the carrier! Yay bubble wrap! Item works great!
